Emma will join us on 21 July from the Department of Health where she managed the development of workforce strategies, policies and programs grounded in lived and living experience. She also brings significant expertise in clinical and community workforce development and extensive partnerships across the sector, making her an ideal fit for this new role.
With this background, Emma will lead the delivery of our new workforce education and development function to enhance the capabilities of Victoria's mental health workforce. She will also support the execution of the Centre’s first continuing education and professional development strategy for Victoria, informed by lived and living experience.
We’re delighted to have Emma join our team to grow Victoria’s mental health and wellbeing workforce. Please join us in welcoming Emma!
