We request and collect personal information for the primary purpose of delivering email communications and future event invitations. We may also use this information for the secondary purpose of translational research functions, surveys, and reporting.

Freedom of Information - Part II Statements
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) allows you to request access to documents we hold and ask for your personal information to be amended if it is incorrect or misleading.
This section provides a summary about us, the types of documents we hold, where to find publications, and how to make a request for access to information under the FOI Act.
Making a request

The Department of Health (Department) Freedom of Information Unit processes our requests. When making a request, ensure it is in writing and clearly identifies the documents you seek access to.

Categories of Documents
A summary of records we hold includes:
- Annual reports, strategic plans, frameworks, policies
- Research papers and knowledge sharing material
- Corporate, operational and project reports and submissions
- Correspondence and administrative records
- Registers, including compliance and operational
Some records, in relation to personnel, payroll, procurement, budget and financials, are held by the Department. Some other documents are publicly available on this website.

Public interest disclosures
A public interest disclosure is a complaint of corrupt or improper conduct or detrimental action by a public officer or a public body.
The Collaborative Centre is committed to the aims and objectives of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012. We do not tolerate improper conduct by our employees, officers or members, nor any reprisals against those who come forward to disclose such conduct.
Reporting process
A public interest disclosure regarding the conduct of a Collaborative Centre employee or its Board members can be made by contacting the Independent Broad-Based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC) (details below).
The Department of Health handles public interest disclosures on behalf of the Centre and ensures that support and welfare protection is provided to anyone who makes a disclosure.
