This training equips clinicians to create inclusive, supportive environments for consumers and the significant people in their life. It emphasises the importance of recognising and involving families, carers, and supporters as partners in care, and offers practical tools for better engagement.
Training includes:
Module 1: Involving family, carers, and supporters in care and recovery
Module 2: Open, safe and effective communication and information sharing
Module 3: Responding to the needs of families, carers, and supporters
This full-day training willequip you with the knowledge and practical tools to work more effectively and inclusively with families and carers as part of Victoria’s mental health and wellbeing system.
