The Collaborative Centre is deeply committed to achieving its vision of better mental health and wellbeing for all Victorians through collaborating and learning together. In partnership with people with lived and living experiences, our core purpose is to translate evidence into innovation and effective practice and collaborate with the workforce and researchers towards our common goal of driving groundbreaking change to Victoria's Mental Health and Wellbeing system.
The Collaborative Centre will play a strategic leadership role in the co-ordination and dissemination of evidence-based education and professional development, as well as the delivery of innovative workforce capability programs. This work will be critical in ensuring that no matter where they are, Victorians receive care from a workforce with shared knowledge, skills and the support they need to thrive.
To support this critical work, the Collaborative Centre is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Workforce Development Facilitator – Consumer Perspective, and a Senior Workforce Development Facilitator - Family/Carer Perspective, to contribute to professional development program delivery across clinical and community mental health in Victoria. Reporting to the Manager, Lived and Living Experience, Workforce Development these roles will be responsible for developing and delivering workforce development programs that directly respond to mental health workforce needs, working closely with stakeholders across Victoria's mental health sector.
