My approach to supervision

In clinical supervision I adopt a flexible and responsive integrative approach. I encourage and support reflective practice by drawing from a range of theoretical perspectives, for example, collaborative model, reflective learning, and systems theory. I believe that different theoretical approaches can be helpful and applied in any given scenario to help gain insight into the complex dimensions of human experience. I individualise supervision to suit the context. This is also reflective of how many practitioners approach their own clinical work.
