About me
Originally from Scotland, I completed my BSc in Mental Health Nursing in 2013 and have been living in Melbourne since 2019.
With a career spanning acute and forensic mental health systems, I have spent the past five years in management and leadership roles. My passion lies in supporting and empowering the mental health workforce, helping professionals find joy in their work, and fostering a safe space for reflective practice.
As a clinical supervisor, I work with professionals at all levels, from new graduates to seasoned managers and leaders. My supervision style is strength-based and grounded in the Role Development Model, ensuring a tailored approach that fosters growth and resilience.

My approach to supervision
My preferred method for clinical supervision is the Role development model, I want to foster safe, and supportive space place, that is very strength focused allowing supervisees the opportunity for growth and reflection.
I also use the play of life as an approach lined to the role development model.
