About me
Outside of work, I love to travel, paint, and explore Melbourne's coffee scene. I value authenticity, compassion and curiosity - qualities that I guide both my clinical work and the way I support supervisees. My approach to supervision is collaborative, encouraging reflection and growth while keeping a strong focus on safe and effective practice.
My experience
I have over 7 years experience working across specialist youth and adult mental health settings. I currently work in a dual role at Orygen Youth Health as a Senior Nurse, and Senior clinician. I supervise postgraduate RN's specialising in Mental Health Nursing. I have a strong interest in the development of models, frameworks and the politics of Mental Health Nursing.
My current role/work
In my Senior Clinician role, I am an allocator of cases across the team.
