About me
I am a Registered Music Therapist clinician in the greater Melbourne suburbs. Since 2006, when I delivered a paper on the importance of professional supervision at the AMTA National Conference, I have engaged in my own supervision. My interest led to supervision certification and now providing clinical supervision.

My current role/work
For the past few years I have been working in private practice with NDIS participants who present with a range of mental health issues including addiction, dissociative identity disorder (DID), Schizoaffective Disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety and others.
My training
I completed my training with Natalie Jack using frameworks by Dr Michael Carroll. As a senior music therapist in organisations I often provided informal supervision to students and colleagues. As a music therapist in the community I continue to supervise university students.
My approach to supervision
I have a creative and flexible approach to supervision. The key aspects I bring to supervision are a genuine inclination to assist and provide guidance through methods of inquiry and reflective practice.
I have gained much insight from my own supervision experiences - from 2007 when I became music therapist I have accessed personal supervision in the areas of family therapy, trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, mental health and attended workshops/gained certificates in the areas of psychology/hypnosis, EMDR, TFT, and strengths-based approaches.
