My favourite value is 'integrity' - followed closely by a long list of others!

I enjoy reading crime/thrillers, seeing live bands, eating out with friends, and occasionally swimming.

My approach to supervision

Strengths-based; Collaborative; Flexible; Reflective; Supervisee focused; Informal approach, but formally documented.

I am extremely passionate about contributing in whatever way I can to the development of a quality lived experience workforce.

I gain a lot of fulfilment from guiding and mentoring others, and approach supervision with a 'parallel practice' framework. This means I will support you as a supervisee in a similar manner to how you practice your role: that is, with mutual respect, appreciative curiosity, humour, genuiness, honesty, warmth, collaboration, and within the scope of my knowledge, skills and resources.
