IPS, an intentional approach

My approach to supervision

I enjoy problem solving and creating through trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, rights-based and strength-focused frameworks, focusing in on what we are doing well and building from there. I understand the challenges in peer work, both as a peer worker and from an organisational lens, and enjoy mapping out strategies towards sustainable, meaningful and joyful work practises. I am a strong advocate for Lived Experience work and believe sharing our unique stories and strategies of recovery and hope in meaningful and intentional ways is fundamental to community wellness.
