My approach to supervision
Kate uses the IPS Framework as a way of self reflection and ongoing development of Peer Practice. IPS values often come up in supervision and the depth of insight can be very beneficial. Kate does not use a structured framework but establishes goals at the beginning of supervision, whether individual/group/organisational and monitors alignment throughout the sessions. Reports and progress maps can be helpful for supervisee's to gain feedback on their work.
