My approach to supervision

My supervision practice is grounded in the Intentional Peer Support (IPS) model, creating a collaborative and safe space for mutual learning, reflective practice, and growth. I support supervisees to strengthen their professional capability—clarifying their role, developing skills, navigating multidisciplinary systems, and engaging in ethical, values-driven practice—while also fostering personal development through building self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing strategies. I aim to empower supervisees to develop a strong, authentic lived experience identity in their work and to feel confident advocating for themselves, their role, and the consumer perspective.
