A message from Professor Sarah Wilson (she/her), PhD, FAHMS, FASSA, GAICD, Chief Executive Officer:
I am so pleased to share that two wonderful people have joined our team at the Victorian Collaborative Centre, as we continue the transition of CMHL’s programs into our new home.
Please join me in welcoming Andrew O’Sullivan as our new Manager, Sector Capability and Jasmine Routley as our Events Lead.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience in workforce development and training across public mental health services. He has a deep understanding of system-level change and a real passion for building sustainable, inclusive teams. I know his leadership will be invaluable as we work to strengthen capability across the sector.
Jasmine brings 16 years of experience across events, marketing and workforce training. Her coordination of the statewide training calendar has supported so many in our workforce – especially those in lived experience roles and the new Mental Health & Wellbeing Locals. She is deeply committed to shaping a more equitable and responsive system.
Both Andrew and Jasmine bring the heart, expertise and vision we need as we take forward this next stage of our work. I’m genuinely excited about the energy and insight they’ll bring – and what we’ll achieve together for our sector, workforce and communities.
Welcome, Andrew and Jasmine
