Summer Learning Series
This hub is for people working across Victoria’s state-funded mental health and wellbeing system, including people with Lived and Living Experience in designated roles, clinical and non-clinical practitioners, leaders, managers, supervisors, and people working alongside the sector in partner organisations.
Our approach to learning is grounded in collaboration and care. Learning is developed with and alongside people with Lived and Living Experience, workforce partners, services and researchers. This helps ensure content is relevant, respectful and connected to the realities of practice.
We focus on learning that:
- supports safer, more inclusive and more effective practice
- is practical and usable in everyday work
- values reflection, relationships and shared learning
- grows capability over time, not just through one-off training
