Our workforce development team includes dedicated Lived and Living Experience roles to help ensure Lived and Living Experience perspectives shape how our work is designed, delivered and reviewed.

Partnerships and programs

Discipline-specific Lived and Living Experience workforce development is led by sector partners. We work closely with partners, including The Collective, a consortium supporting access to supervision and training for Victoria’s Lived and Living Experience workforce.

Together, this work supports the growth, wellbeing and leadership of Lived and Living Experience roles across the system.
