Trauma-informed practice toolkit and resources
This webinar draws on the Enhancing trauma-informed practice project, a partnership between Phoenix Australia, the Women's Recovery Network and two Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals to co-design and pilot practical trauma-informed tools within a Hospital in the Home program. Visit the project page for the full suite of resources, including the toolkit, policy brief, research brief and evaluation report.
The tools and strategies discussed in this webinar are drawn from the trauma-informed practice (TIP) toolkit, a set of practical tools developed to support the implementation of trauma-informed care in day-to-day practice. The tools address organisational, team-based and individual practice, and can be downloaded as required.
