About me

I'm a registered nurse with postgraduate diplomas in mental health nursing and health sciences endorsed in CBT. I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health across the primary, secondary, tertiary and private sectors. I'm also a therapist and have worked both in privtae practice and as an EAP counsellor. I have a qualification in Clinical Supervision and Mentoring and am currently working both as a clinical supervisor and as a registered psychiatric nurse for Alfred Health.

I take a supportive and conversational approach, while drawing on my experience as a therapist to work with you towards your goals. I facilitate reflection and open communication to support the development of insight and clinical confidence.
