My approach to supervision
I believe that wellbeing at work is super important. My desire is for you to not only to be great at what you do, but to enjoy it, find balance and thrive. I take a supportive and conversational approach, while drawing on my experience as a therapist to work with you towards your goals. I facilitate reflection and open communication to support the development of insight and clinical confidence. I have a strong evidence-based background and experience to support you in navigating complex situations. I am also able to offer career mentoring and coaching if required. Let's meet!
