I am an endorsed NP, CMHN and Psychotherapist working in private and public mental health settings. I am keen to help individuals to help individuals actively choose and navigate their professional challenges and opportunities, moving from being passive observers to active participants to enhance their professional resilience and create flourishing working environments.

I was trained in the UK and have extensive clinical experience in a number of clinical settings including: Acute Adult psychiatry, Youth mental health, Emergency mental health,Primary care, Forensics, Practice Development, Education, Management/Leadership, Psychotherapy/ Counselling, Quality and Safety and most recently Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mental health.

I am currently the manager of a Youth Mental Health team and work in private practice as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Psychotherapist.Bsc
