About me

My career as an Occupational Therapist started over 20 years ago in New Zealand, I have subsequently worked in Australia and the U.K in an array of inpatient, community, private, government based and corporate health care settings.

My current work includes expert witness medicolegal, focused psychological strategies, clinical education, and professional supervision. In addition to my work role, I am a mum to 2 energetic primary schoolers and a boisterous Labrador. I love getting out in nature, travel, connecting with others and getting creative in the garden or with the occasional upcycling project.

Being recovery orientated and supporting professional growth is at the heart of my practice where I value a curious approach, evidence informed clinical reasoning and time and space for reflection. My speciality interests and areas include trauma, substance use, disability, ethics in healthcare, workplace health and risk management, women’s health, psychological safety, and emerging interventions.
