People always talk about strength-based support, but do we ever talk about what that actually means in practice?
This workshop will explore the importance of hope, what I mean by the term “inpowerment” versus empowerment, and the simple practical ways we can support people to explore how they may choose to move from what can sometimes be described as learned helplessness to taking charge of their own lives.
