You are invited to attend the first official Suicide Prevention for Autism Neuro-Affirming Toolkit (span.toolkit) workshop, Australia’s first evidence-based, co-produced, lived experience-led resource portal for healthcare professionals working with Autistic adults at risk of suicide.

Developed by researchers at the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre (OTARC), in collaboration with Amaze, Aspect, Barwon Health, Different Journeys, Monash Health, Monash University, and Yellow Ladybugs, the span.toolkit provides free access to neuro-affirming education and training materials, autism-adapted clinical tools for identifying and managing suicidal thoughts and behaviour, and policy guidance to support system-level change for Autistic people.

This event is FREE and open to those interested in autism and suicide prevention, including Autistic people and their supporters, healthcare professionals, the research community, and the general public. This is an adult-focused event and is not suitable for children.
