Join us for collaborative session designed specially for those new to the FCLEW workforce. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to unpack the realities of our work, share our wisdom, and learn how to confidently hold our boundaries.

What We’ll Explore Together:

  • Sustaining Our Ways of Working: Understanding the diversity of our roles while learning how to spot and prevent 'drift.'
  • Navigating the System: Making sense of complex power dynamics within our workplaces and finding your footing.
  • Exploring the Grey Areas: Practical ways to define relational boundaries and manage responsibilities without losing your passion.

Why come along?

This isn't just a training session—it’s a unique opportunity to deeply connect with your daily work. By tapping into the shared expertise of our community, you’ll strengthen your unique FCLEW way of working. Come share your knowledge and help us build the collective wisdom that defines our discipline!

Eligibility criteria: All registrants for this training must be employed in a Family Carer Lived Experience role in Victoria.

Due to limits on the number of registrants who can attend the training, those new to the workforce will be prioritised.
