TLC (The Learning Collaborative)

TLC is a program in partnership with Yale University that helps organisations transform their culture, policies, and processes to better support LLEWs. It brings together alcohol, drug, and mental health agencies to ensure that contributions of the lived and living experience workforce are fully recognised, valued, and supported inside organisations.
