Become a Living Well Facilitator

People living with mental illness experience poorer physical health outcomes and a significantly reduced life expectancy compared with the general population. The Equally Well Framework calls on mental health services to address this disparity by integrating physical health assessment, monitoring and intervention into routine mental health care.

The Living Well Facilitator Development Workshop (1 day) is designed to equip local champions, educators and clinicians with the skills, knowledge and resources to deliver a Living Well education program within their own services. Participants will explore practical strategies for translating Equally Well principles into everyday practice, supporting both individual clinicians and broader service improvement initiatives.

Join us to build confidence in facilitating the Living Well program and help drive meaningful change in the physical health outcomes of people receiving mental health care.
