Dementia Symposium: Diagnosis to Care: 'Joining the Dots'

The objectives of this dementia symposium are to:
- Bring together interested clinicians, researchers, community organisations and members to consider ways to optimise the health and wellbeing of people with dementia and their carers attending the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) and reflect on the current gaps in care.
- Showcase a selection of clinical and research programs focusing on dementia diagnosis and care at RMH.
- Hear from an expert panel including people with lived experience, researchers, clinicians and advocacy organisations, on ways to enhance collaborations between the sectors to optimise best practice dementia care at RMH.
- Think about "where to from here" and "ways that we can work together" to join the dots in dementia care.
